The Marmara Park Avenue Hotel New York

the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of our needs, including the spa lounge, sauna, and heated swimming pool. the massage service was exceptional, offering a full body massage that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the private facilities were a much-appreciated bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions.

While the in-room breakfast and coffee/tea in the lobby were excellent, we found that the restaurant lacked a variety of hot food options.

We loved the cleanliness, spacious room with a comfortable bed, and beautiful spa. The hotel is centrally located in midtown, close to all major landmarks and transportation. We also enjoyed the breakfast and friendly staff!

Hard to think of anything negative.

We had a nice time. All the staff were attentive, helpful. The pool was very clean and we had complimentary drinks in the roof top bar. Not to mention free wifi!

Hotel was stylish, top-notch services, and it had unbeatable location right outside of the 6 train. In my studio there was an exceptionally comfortable bed that I appreciated. Remarkable and genuinely helpful property's staff.

The interior design of the lobby is elegant and modern with nice artistic features. The staff is cute and accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable with chic decor and high-quality amenities. Convenient location next to a subway station. a good and satisfying stay.

The check-in staff was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. They were able to find us a room even though our flight was cancelled at the last minute. The view from our room was also great, we could see a famous landmark and it was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, very central and convenient for exploring the city.

The staff at The Marmara Park Avenue are unbelievable - helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about their guests. The location is outstanding and the views from the room are lovely. The hotel offers amenities such as a swimming pool, Turkish bath, and a gym equipped with the latest machinery. The large fireplace in the lobby is welcoming, especially on cold evenings. The hotel room itself is spacious and modern, with every amenity one could ask for, including an iPad and a toaster.

Convenient location, quiet rooms, and helpful staff. Well-equipped kitchenettes and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's rest. Subway and ample space to organise provided convenience, making it a good hotel choice. Cosy bar with a retro-look in a bright and modern establishment. Peloton bike with a perfect gym ensured a great workout.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with attractions like the Empire State and Herald Square within walking distance. Grand Central Station is also easily accessible. The rooms are lovely and clean, with amazing views of the city. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel also offers great facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and Turkish bath.

Some aspects of the hotel lack attention to detail.

The hotel is located in a bustling area and offers easy access to many NYC attractions. Guests can take advantage of the subway station closeby to get around the concrete jungle. the spacious rooms are furnished with a well-maintained bathroom and adequate kitchenette. Room service breakfast is also good.

Some guests reported muggy inside the room with poor AC, which resulted in discomfort and lack of sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at a cosy midtown hotel. The lobby was a nice meeting place for after work drinks. Although the room was a bit Spartan, it provided good value for money. The staff, although room for improvement, was courteous.

My recent stay at Marmara Park Avenue was fantastic! I was in town for business and stayed for a week. The spacious room with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's beautiful interior design and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and great housekeeping service added to the overall comfort. The private balcony in the double queen suite was a bonus. The gym, complete with a Peloton bike, was perfect for my workouts. The Turkish bath was a delightful extra. I absolutely loved the modern and bright decor of the hotel. This will be my go-to hotel in the future!
